WHY: Like tons of other businesses in the community, your favorite shuffleboard club has been feeling the impact of the rapid spread of COVID-19. Social distancing and being social at Beachside could not coexist, so for us that meant closing our doors for a while. For some, it meant they were faced with a steep decline in business, due to limits on the number of people allowed in their stores or switching to pick-up/delivery only. So we were looking for something to do with our new found free time and a way to help the local business community we are a part of.
